台灣人民走出來革命，革掉司法獨裁的命，將政治壓迫的受害者陳水扁總統救出來，撤換特偵組的檢察官，曾勇夫黃世銘下台，立法通過陪審團制度。走出來才會產生改變，大的改變就是革命。

全美台灣人權協會 (FAHR) 全力支持由公投護台灣聯盟總召蔡丁貴及台灣公義行動教會鄭國忠牧師所發起的「台灣人救扁義勇軍」，自11月3日開始，36天環島苦行「救台灣、救司法、救阿扁」的行動. 以人民革命，佔領凱道，打破司法獨裁，釋放阿扁總統.
扁案是政治迫害事件。從收押、判刑、囚禁的過程中，處處不符合法定程序，審理更是違法更換特定打手法官，唯一的判刑竟是以偽證作為判刑依據。扁案是打壓異己的政治操作，對台灣社會的民主發展已經造成嚴重障礙。
全美台灣人權協會今年贊助國際人權單位及人士，相繼來到台灣關心探問阿扁總統，現在更呼籲有情有義勇敢的台灣人，用行動來展現人民最直接的力量，支持從12月8日開始，「台灣人救扁義勇軍」及所有聲援民眾的非暴力抗爭的行動。

FAHR Supports People Revolution
by Taiwanese Rescue-Abian Volunteers
Formosan Association for Human Rights (FAHR) supports the people revolution by the Taiwanese Rescue-Abian Volunteers, led by Prof. Tsay Ting-Kuei of Alliance of Referendum to Safe Guard Taiwan and Rev. Cheng Kuo-Chung, pastor of Taiwan Justice Action Church. Since November 3, they have started a 36-day march by foot around the Taiwan island, chanting the slogans of "Save Taiwan, Save judicial System, and Save ABian".
The “Abian case” is not an ordinary judicial case, but a political persecution through malicious and premeditated acts. Over the last four years, this political persecution went through stages of custody, sentencing, and imprisonment, mared by many illegal judicial procedures, including extended custody without charges, illegal judge replacement with someone willing to be a hitman for the govenment, and most absurd of all, the only guilty verdict being based on perjury by a coerced witness. With a close examination of the Abian case, one will find that it is covered by the fingerprints of "judicial dictatorship", which aims at suppressing political dissidents and has caused a serious setback to the democratic development of Taiwan society.
FAHR has sponsored international human rights organizations and activists this year to visit Taiwan over the concern of President Chen’s human rights. They openly asked Ma Ying-jeou to release President Chen on medical parole. We continue to call on all brave and justice-minded Taiwanese to take action and occupy Ketagalan Blvd to demonstrate people’s power and demand the abolishment of judicial dictatorship and the release of President Chen Shui-Bian. We support the action by the Taiwanese Rescue-Abian Volunteers and supporters to occupy Ketagalan Blvd, starting December 8, and to take up non-violent disobedient actions indefinitely to cultivate people’s will.
We support the following calls of the Taiwanese Rescue-Abian Volunteers and supporters:
1. An immediate release of President Chen Shui-Bian.
2. Resignation of Tseng Yung-fu and Huang Shi-ming.
3. Replacing prosecutors of the Special Investigative Unit.
4. Enacting the jury system.
